  • Google Calendar & Gmail / Drive APIs: To fetch relevant schedule, communication, or document context requested directly by authorized users for AI-driven task execution.

Google API Data Usage Principles:

  1. Strict Functionality Bound: Google user data is strictly used to fulfill explicit user requests and execute defined business logic within the app.

  2. No Data Selling: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade Google user data to third parties.

  3. No AI Model Training: Google user data accessed via APIs is never used to train generalized AI/ML models.

  4. Limited Use Compliance: Second Brain adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

AI Safety & Acceptable Use Policy (NCII Compliance)
Second Brain is strictly an enterprise productivity platform. In accordance with Google APIs Terms of Service and safety requirements:

  • Prohibited Content: The use of Second Brain or connected Google APIs to generate, process, store, or transmit Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), deepfakes, sexually explicit material, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

  • Compliance Enforcement: Any attempt to exploit the platform or integrated Google APIs for abusive, non-consensual, or illegal AI activities will result in immediate API access termination and account revocation.
